Alliance Requirements
Section A: Requirements and Terms of Conditions and Service.
If an agency is interested in becoming an ally of DCI, our External Affairs team will review their application. However, prior to filling out an application, the agency must make sure that they meet the following requirements:
The following are the terms and conditions of an Alliance with Department of Counterintelligence. In order to have a concrete and successful alliance, the prospect agency must follow all of the following:
If an agency meets all of these requirements and wishes to ally with DCI, they may contact our EA team about arranging an alliance.
Section B: Applying
Applying for an alliance is carried out by Section A of Requirements that you must be prepared to take into consideration. All enquiries can be addressed during the interview. As progress is made towards applying, the proposing agency will have to wait for a brief period of time before a response has been carried out by the Foundation or a representative of our External Affairs team. We ask the proposing agency adheres to the following:
Any trolling, raiding, and unnecessary advertising from members of the agency will decrease chances of enrolling or applying and being accepted in alliance with [DCI].
Section 1B: Acceptance and Denial of Alliance
When the application process is complete, a representative of the agency must then look for the representative that conducted the interview for their issued trial period if their application was successful. At a due date, a representative from the proposing agency will be called for an official meeting with the Department of Counterintelligence staff, which will consist of settling official terms or changes to the original contract for mutual satisfaction between both agencies.
Section C: External Affairs Representatives
The External Affairs team are an excellent division within DCI that maintain the balance between both alliances and other related matters.
Hence, as Section A says: “The proposing agency is to immediately deny any transfer requests by DCI members”.
As a Special Unit, they will watch over the desks to see if affairs are carrying out duties expected of them. They may also monitor meetings; ensuring meetings are all reported and recorded.

- The agency must have at least 500 members on their main I.D. Badge.
- The agency must have an active base.
- The agency must be at least five weeks old.
- The agency must have the Owner/Founder’s approval for this alliance.
- The agency must not be allied with any trolling groups or mafias.
The following are the terms and conditions of an Alliance with Department of Counterintelligence. In order to have a concrete and successful alliance, the prospect agency must follow all of the following:
- There will be a mutual agreement to not transfer each other’s’ workers.
- There will be a mutual exchange of VIP/Allies badges and/or Special Visitors badges by both DCI and the prospect agency.
- The alliance will acknowledge DCI as an alliance on their website or in their base.
- The alliance will maintain good relations by meeting with the DCI External Affairs team at least once a month.
- The proposing agency is to immediately deny any transfer requests by DCI members.
- The alliance may not troll, spam or trash DCI.
- The alliance must agree to the terms of our National Punishment.

Applying for an alliance is carried out by Section A of Requirements that you must be prepared to take into consideration. All enquiries can be addressed during the interview. - All applicants must have an agency that carries out a similar theme to Section A.
- Leaders, Representatives or Founders must be polite and professional during events, interviews, and must co-operate in a way that gives satisfactory to both agencies.
- Applicants must look for a member of the External Affairs team if interested in applying for an alliance.
- Interview must be carried out in a neutral environment that is professional; wearing prohibited clothing or accessories that represent raiding groups, mafias or informal attire in general on both sides of the proposed alliance must not be worn during an interview.
- Members of DCI’s higher command also have the right to refuse an application for alliance. This can be approved by any member or representative of the External Affairs Team.
