Let’s begin with going over your new abilities as a HR.
As a HR, you can promote members that work hard in the base.
You are able to promote up to Trainer I.
You are able to discipline workers who are not abiding by the rules in our Code of Conduct.
As HR, you can wear clothing of your choice, within the limits of the Code of Conduct.
You will be able to join Special Units within DCI, you will find information about these on dcihabbo.weebly.com.

Next, we will discuss promoting.
1. As mentioned, you can promote workers up to Trainer I and no further.
2. If you promote someone into a new division; Standard > Security, you MUST train them.
3. It is important to never skip ranks when promoting.
4. You MUST log the members you promote on the forum.
5. Never promote DCI members outside of the base.
6. Checking Training and Promotion logs are important before you promote, this will tell you how long it has been since their last promotion.
7. Only promote the members who you think deserve a promotion.
8. Finally, remember to ensure you have created a thread on the Promotion logs on the forum.

Now, let’s talk about how to promote a hard-working person properly.
1. Stand one square between the person you wish to promote and call them to “ATT!”
2. They will respond to your command, if not then use “ATT! X2”, “ATT! X3”.
3. Next, ask them when their last promotion was, then double check on the forum.
4. If their promotion time does not meet requirements, then AE them.
5. If they do meet requirements, check the rank list to see what their next rank is.
6. Then, whisper them their new motto and wait for it to change.
7. Ensure the promoted member is praised on their hard work.
8. REMEMBER to log the promotion through the forum.

A disciplinary is an action given to a worker when they have broken rules in our Code of Conduct.
Before logging a disciplinary, please make sure the of the following:
1. Screenshots of the offense taken and sent to SM+. (You cannot approve yourself).
2. Have solid reasons to issue to disciplinary and back it up with sections of the Code of Conduct.
