Personal Assistant’s Guide (PA’s Guide)
Being a personal assistant is a wonderful way to improve teamwork skills as well as gaining valuable work experience. The main objective behind assigning PA’s is to spread out the higher ranks workload to a more manageable level while giving lower ranks a chance to show dedication through a variety of task.

There may be other tasks requested of you depending on to whom you are assigned. Only the most professional and efficient workers will be selected. Please keep in mind that pay/promotions for the PA are entirely up to their representative’s discretion.

- The minimum rank permitted to be a PA is HR+.
- The minimum rank allowed to employ a PA is SM+.
- The PA must be at least one division lower than who they represent.
- An application process is recommended but is not required.
Some of these tasks may include the following :
- Promotion’s - You will have the ability to promote on behalf of the person you assist using their specific promotion tag. Promotions may not exceed that person’s promotion limit. You will also be responsible for correctly logging any actions correctly on your employer’s behalf.
- Pay Helper - If you are assigned to a “Payer” you may be asked to keep track of those pay/promotions. Also you will be responsible for keeping watch and noting the names of those who have earned a pay-ban by leaving early after pay.
- Notes - This is a very important task for those of you who will be assigned to IC+, taking notes are vital for keeping good records. It will be the PA’s responsibility to take notes during meetings on behalf of those they represent.
